INTRODUCTION
We are HAISAR SUPPLY & SERVICES SDN BHD based in Kulai, Johor, serving Industries and Projects sites throughout Malaysia since 2012. It’s started objective was to source and deliver Safety and PPE products and equipment required by our customers in shortest time at project sites remotely accessible. With customer’s satisfaction, we further expanded to support others needs in Chemical, Electrical, Fabrication, Maintenance and refurbishments of Office and Workspace in collaboration with our business partners. We have experience in supporting the needs of the following Market Segments & Projects – Oil & Gas, Power Plants, Data Centres, Logistics, Manufacturing and Marine. At HAISAR it’s imperative for us to put customer expectations as our top priority.
We take great efforts to garner ourselves on the latest knowledge on providing solutions instead of just delivering products.
Our mission is to provide safety and procurement solutions to our customers, through our large network and professional working relationship with principal suppliers, manufacturers, marketing companies and agents both domestic and overseas, which we have built up over the years. Thus, Purchasing made Easy for our customers.

We carry stock for inventory that are fast moving, and we always refrain from stocking products that has limited shelf-life. We engage with customers for contractual supply of materials for a period of 1 year and subsequent renewals. Thus, facilitating storage at source and on-time delivery of critical products.

We always believe that we must project realistic approach in our delivery capabilities, before committing lead time of products, and such promised is made, we go at lengths to keep the dateline.
Securing the business is important but it’s delivering the business is paramount. Constant dialog to understand the varying needs on the specification, application and point of use from the end-user of the customers helps in delivering the right product effectively.
